What we respond to

Send anything in these areas to the same address:

• Sales: questions about the service, pricing, or whether FwdLink is a fit for your category.
• Support: connecting GA4 or your CRM, understanding your weekly tracking results, or anything not working as expected.
• Billing: invoices, payment methods, and changes to your subscription. You can also cancel by emailing this address; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Privacy: requests to access, correct, or delete your data, as described in our privacy policy.
• Refunds and cancellations: how these work is set out in our refund policy.

Billing through Paddle

Your subscription is billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record, so Paddle is the name that appears on your card statement. If you prefer, billing questions can also be handled through Paddle's own support at paddle.net.
