In these terms, "we" and "us" mean 혜록정보기술 (Hyerok Information Technology), and "you" means the customer subscribing to FwdLink. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
What FwdLink does
FwdLink tracks how AI engines answer questions in your category. The service includes:
- weekly tracking of AI-engine answers for your category;
- comparison against your competitors;
- source recommendations;
- a proof page.
Subscription and billing
FwdLink costs $990 USD per month, billed month to month. Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and tax, and Paddle is the name that appears on your card statement.
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@fwdlink.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first charge. There are no refunds for partial months after the first. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Our refund policy has the details.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data and accounts you connect to FwdLink, such as your analytics or CRM. You are also responsible for how you use our recommendations.
No guaranteed results
AI engine outputs change over time and vary between queries. FwdLink does not guarantee any specific ranking or business result. The one exception is our four-week guarantee: if your share of voice has not moved after four weeks, your second month is free. The guarantee is applied as a credit against the second month, not a cash refund, and is described in our refund policy.
Ending the subscription
Either of us may end the subscription at any time. You can cancel as described above. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment or misuse of the service.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If we do, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
