A mention is not a recommendation. Recommendations are judged by a person from the exact sentence, and a failed answer is never counted as "not mentioned".

What it tracks

Buying questions, product descriptions, sources and change.

  • Buying questions

Category questions where a buyer is choosing, kept apart from questions that name your brand. Questions drafted by a template or a model stay labelled as drafts until you confirm them.

  • Product descriptions

What answers say about your pricing, features and audience, set beside the facts your team confirms. A difference is flagged for review, not declared an error.

  • Sources

The URLs an answer actually cited, kept apart from search results that were not cited. Each one opens so you can read it.

  • Change over time

Observations compared only when the questions, engines, models, market, language and search settings match. Monitoring re-checks them weekly ($99/month).

What a result shows, metric by metric

What to improve

Set the answer beside your confirmed facts and your public page.

The improvement workflow keeps what was observed, what the page shows, and what you might change in separate fields, so a hypothesis is never presented as a cause.

Early access How the improvement workflow works

Sample report · B2B software example
Observed
Both answers to question 1 named five task trackers for a 30-person team. Your company was not named, while competitors’ team sizes and per-seat prices were.
Page check
Your pricing page does not state the team size it is built for or the price per seat.
Improvement candidate Hypothesis
Review a draft that states the team size and per-seat price your team has confirmed on the pricing page.
Follow-up
Record the date the change goes live, then observe the same questions again under the same conditions.

A hypothesis, not a cause. A missing mention alone does not show why an answer left a brand out.

After the change

Record the change, then observe again under the same conditions.

Early access

  • Record the date a change went live, the URL and what changed.
  • The next observation uses the same questions, engines, repeats, market, language and search settings.
  • If any condition differs, the comparison says so instead of showing a change rate.
  • A difference after a change does not prove that the change caused it.

Brands and agencies

Use it on your own brand, or across your clients.

For a brand Available now

  • Start with your own brand, domain and questions
  • No agency, CMS or ad account needed
  • Invite colleagues when there is something to review (early access)

How a check works

For an agency Early access

  • Several client spaces in one place, with the changes worth reviewing first
  • Invite client owners and reviewers to confirm facts and review drafts
  • Each client’s data stays theirs, with export when a contract ends

For agencies

Optional extensions

Publishing and ads are separate, and not available today.

  • CMS publishing Not available

A possible later extension, starting with one CMS for customers who use the improvement workflow repeatedly. Any change would apply only the exact version a person approved.

  • ChatGPT Ads Not available

A possible later extension. Ad results would always be reported apart from organic answer observations, and ad spend would be separate from software fees.

Neither is required for the AI visibility workflow.

Pricing

Priced by what you monitor. Fees are shared before paid access.

The first check is free. Monitoring is $99/month: 1 brand, up to 20 questions, OpenAI and Gemini, re-checked weekly. Improvements and agency workspaces are priced on request.

Questions and answers

Questions you may have before a first check.

All questions

What does FwdLink measure?

FwdLink examines responses to selected questions, including brand mentions, cited pages, and competitor appearances. Each result should be read with its engine, date, and measurement conditions.

Are these real ChatGPT and Gemini user impressions?

No. API observations are not a count of consumer-app users or impressions. Any consumer-app checks are identified separately.

How do I get a check today?

Create an account and enter your brand, domain, market and questions. You start it yourself once your questions are confirmed; collection usually takes a few minutes. The first check is free: up to 10 questions × 2 engines × 3 repeats, up to 60 planned answers.

Can I use it without an agency?

Yes. The product is designed for individual brands as well as agencies managing multiple clients. Available access options are shown on the site.

Do I need to connect my CMS or an ad account?

No. These connections are not required for the AI visibility workflow. Publishing and advertising capabilities are separate extensions, and neither is available today.

Can FwdLink tell me why my brand is missing?

The improvement workflow, in early access, brings together the observed answer, its sources, your confirmed product information, and your public pages. Missing mentions alone do not establish a single cause.

Will changes guarantee more AI recommendations?

No. The improvement workflow is designed to help you review information and prepare updates, then observe what changes under comparable conditions.

Does ChatGPT Ads improve organic recommendations?

Advertising and organic answer observations are separate. Ad results would be reported separately from AI visibility observations. FwdLink does not offer ChatGPT Ads features today.

Can my agency and my team work together?

Shared brand workspaces, roles and review flows are part of the product direction and are in early access. The site marks what is available now and what is in development.

How much does it cost?

The proposed pricing is based on active brands and monitoring usage, with additional capabilities for improvements and agency workflows. The first check is free. Monitoring is $99/month for 1 brand and up to 20 questions, re-checked weekly on OpenAI and Gemini; cancel anytime. Improvements and agency workspaces are priced on request.

What about an earlier FwdLink order?

Existing orders remain tied to their original written scope and applicable terms. Contact hello@fwdlink.io for order support.
