Request a quote for done-for-you improvement work.
If you want a person to apply changes for you, tell us your website, the one product and what needs improving. We reply on whether the work fits. If it does, we agree a written scope together, then quote it. There is no online checkout for this work.
The button only opens a draft in your own email program. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and the text of your draft is not submitted to or stored by this site. If the button does nothing, email hello@fwdlink.io with your website, product and what needs improving.
The done-for-you work is a paid, scoped project delivered by a person: up to 20 agreed buyer questions and AI answer observations decide changes to two existing pages and one existing enquiry form, which we apply after your approver signs off the exact version, then test and hand over. See the delivery details and how it relates to the product.
What helps, if you know it: the site language and your buyers’ market; how the site is built and deployed, and where your enquiry form sends submissions; the pages or form, and the buyer questions or objections you keep hearing; who would approve changes. Please do not send passwords, access keys or personal customer records. Access is arranged only later, in writing, if a scope is agreed.
Existing orders
Existing orders keep their original written scope and terms, including existing analysis orders. Email the same address about them.
About Hyerok Infotech
Hyerok Infotech is a software development studio based in Busan, South Korea. It builds web applications, business systems and subscription software, with AI and data integrations, from planning and design through development and deployment.
FwdLink is a product built and operated by Hyerok Infotech. You will be talking to Hwee Song, who runs Hyerok Infotech and builds FwdLink. Existing analysis subscriptions are billed through Paddle, as set out below.
What we respond to
Send anything in these areas to the same address:
- Product: questions about a check you requested, your workspace or your account.
- Sales: done-for-you quotes, pricing, or whether FwdLink fits your brand or agency.
- Support: questions about an agreed project or an existing order, or anything not working as expected.
- Billing: invoices and payment questions. Existing analysis subscribers can also cancel by emailing this address; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Privacy: requests to access, correct, export or delete your data, as described in our privacy policy.
- Refunds and cancellations: how these work is set out in our refund policy.
Billing through Paddle (existing analysis orders)
Existing analysis subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record, so Paddle is the name that appears on your card statement. If you prefer, billing questions can also be handled through Paddle's own support at paddle.net.
