The work

What an agency does in FwdLink.

  • Observe and report per client
  • Pick the issues to review first, across clients
  • Ask a client to review a draft
  • Share the history of changes and what was observed afterwards

Roles

Four roles, checked on the server for every space.

Roles in an agency workspace
RoleWhat it can do
Organization adminManages the organization, its members, client spaces and billing.
OperatorSets up brands and questions, starts checks, prepares drafts and records changes across the organization’s client spaces.
Client ownerThe client’s own lead. Confirms product facts, reviews drafts, invites reviewers and exports the client’s data.
ReviewerReads results and reviews drafts in one client space.

Collaboration can be skipped for a first check. People are invited when there is something for them to do.

Ownership and billing

Whose data, and who pays.

  • A client’s information, results and drafts are never shown to another client
  • The agency’s billing role and the client’s ownership of its assets are kept separate
  • Each client space has one clearly named payer; a client owner joining a space the agency pays for does not create a second charge
  • Before anyone writes to a client’s own assets, the client’s permission and approval are checked
  • When an agency contract ends, the client can export its own data and records

Brands

A brand never needs an agency to start.

A brand can request its own check, alone. Agency workspaces are an option, not a condition.
