Which terms apply
- Monitoring subscription (from 21 October 2026). Monitoring costs USD 99 per month; depending on your location, tax is either included in that amount or added at checkout, as Paddle shows before you pay. It covers 1 brand and up to 20 questions re-checked weekly on the OpenAI and Google Gemini search APIs. It renews monthly until cancelled. Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle processes the payment, handles tax and issues the invoice, under Paddle's buyer terms. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the subscription then stays active until the end of the paid month and does not renew. Results remain API observations under recorded conditions and carry no ranking, mention or recommendation guarantee.
- AI visibility checks and early-access features (from 20 October 2026). From 21 October 2026 a customer starts a check in the workspace after confirming the questions. The first check is free once per person (up to 10 questions × 2 engines × 3 repeats); when the daily capacity for free checks is reached, a free check waits for FwdLink to start it. No fee applies to any other check or to early access unless it is agreed in writing before the check or the paid access starts; paid plans will be offered with their own published fees, limits, cancellation and change terms before anyone pays, and never apply retroactively to an earlier order. Results are observations of the OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs under the recorded conditions; they are not counts of consumer-app users, impressions or search volume. FwdLink does not guarantee any ranking, mention, citation, recommendation, traffic or revenue outcome, and a change after an update does not show that the update caused it. Early-access features may change or end. You are responsible for the questions and facts you enter, and for any draft you choose to publish yourself; FwdLink does not publish to your website. Workspace data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
- Done-for-you improvement work (the website improvement pilot and follow-up month). These are provided only under a separate written statement of work signed by both parties, which sets out the price, schedule, payment, cancellation, refund and acceptance terms. Nothing on this website purchases that work, and no payment for it is taken through this website.
- Legacy analysis service ($990 per month). The provisions in the legacy section below continue to apply, unchanged, to existing written analysis orders. They do not apply to the improvement pilot or to AI visibility checks.
In the legacy section below, "pilot", "new pilots" and "Delivery-v2" refer to legacy analysis orders, not the website improvement pilot.
Legacy analysis service
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hyerok Infotech, and "you" means the customer subscribing to FwdLink. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
What FwdLink does
FwdLink tracks how AI engines answer questions in your category. The service includes:
- 50 questions agreed with the customer for its buyer segment, repeated three times weekly using the OpenAI, Google Gemini and Perplexity APIs, with settings and original answers retained;
- mention and citation counts against five agreed competitors, with human recommendation reviews labelled separately;
- a Monday brief with one exact URL, evidence, a proposed edit or checklist, an owner, a due date and a remeasurement date;
- a weekly 30-minute working call and a progress report; optional customer-supplied GA4/CRM aggregates are labelled by source, period and definition.
FwdLink is a monitoring and advisory service. Your named website implementer approves and publishes changes. Full content production, development and automatic GA4/CRM connections are outside this pilot. It does not include outbound communication, contact data, or posting on third-party platforms.
Subscription and billing
FwdLink costs $990 USD per month, billed month to month. Payment is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and tax, and Paddle is the name that appears on your card statement.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@fwdlink.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first charge. Our standard policy does not offer refunds for partial months after the first, except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Our refund policy has the details.
Your responsibilities
You provide a marketing budget owner, a website implementer and the agreed category/question inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of any aggregate analytics or CRM exports you supply, and for approving and implementing changes.
Delivery guarantee and measurement
AI outputs vary. We do not guarantee a ranking, mention increase, recommendation, visit or revenue result. New delivery-v2 pilots use a delivery guarantee: if we miss a first-month delivery deadline agreed at kickoff, the second month is free as a $990 subscription credit. The baseline, weekly briefs/actions and week-four remeasurement deadlines are recorded in the written kickoff plan. Any dependency-related deadline change requires written agreement. Prior agreements keep the original four-week guarantee: if share of voice has not moved after four weeks, the second month is free. A delivery-v2 order does not retroactively replace a prior promise. The applicable offer version and guarantee are confirmed in writing before payment.
Mentions are not necessarily positive recommendations; citations are not visits. Comparisons may be withheld when question sets, settings, models or coverage change. Customer-supplied traffic and pipeline figures do not establish that FwdLink caused them.
Ending the subscription
Either of us may end the subscription at any time. You can cancel as described above. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment or misuse of the service.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If we do, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
