Buyers choosing a task tracker may ask an AI.
See whether AI search answers name you, which pages they cite and which competitors appear, for the questions buyers in this industry ask.
Questions buyers may ask
- 01What's a good tool to track tasks for a 30 person team?
- 02Recommend a task tracker under $10 per person a month.
- 03What does your company do?
- Your own questions first; drafts stay labelled until you confirm them
- Category questions kept apart from questions that name you
- Asked to the OpenAI, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity search APIs, twice each
- For each answer: mentioned or not, cited URLs, competitors and collection status
Buyer questions
Ten questions buyers in this industry may ask.
Six are category questions and four name your company. In a check, your own questions come first; anything drafted from a template stays labelled as a draft until you confirm it.

- 03Our tasks live in three spreadsheets and nobody knows what’s current. What do people use to fix this?
- 04What are some alternatives to Competitor A?
- 05Do we really need a task tracker for a team of 30?
- 06What should I look for in a task tracker?
- 07What does your company do?
- 08How much does your company charge per person a month?
- 09Does your company work for a 30 person team that’s still on spreadsheets?

What we record
Named, cited, or left out.
- Who is named. An answer can list several companies. We record each competitor you listed, and whether you are among them.
- A mention does not always come with a citation. Some answers name a company and stop. Some also cite its site. We count mentions and citations separately.
- Whether the answer came back at all. A failed answer is shown as failed, never as “not mentioned”.
Pages answers may send buyers to
A page that does not state a fact the buyer asked for.
- The pricing page
- The product overview
- The comparison page
- The demo request form
A missing mention alone never establishes the cause. The improvement workflow in the Improvement plan sets the answer beside your confirmed facts and the live page.
Available now AI visibility check: up to 10 questions × 4 engines × 2 repeats = up to 80 planned answers by default. You start it yourself once your questions are confirmed; collection usually takes a few minutes.

We have only run a study of our own in HR software. There is no count of this industry yet, and we will not present one as if there were. See what we did count →
Our product is technical. Will the questions be any good?
Your own questions come first: objections your sales team hears and your FAQ. Anything drafted from a template or by a model is labelled as a draft until your team confirms it.
We already rank on Google. Does that cover this?
Not necessarily. Search rankings do not show what an AI answer said, which sources it cited or whether it named you. The check records those answers directly.
Do we need to connect our CMS or ad account?
No. A check needs your brand, domain, a one-line description, the market and language, and your questions. Competitors are optional.
