Buyer questions

Ten questions buyers in this industry may ask.

Six are category questions and four name your company. In a check, your own questions come first; anything drafted from a template stays labelled as a draft until you confirm it.

  2. 02Recommend a fulfillment partner that charges under $4 an order.
  3. 03We pack every order ourselves and we have run out of room. What do shops our size do about this?

What we record

Named, cited, or left out.

  • Who is named. An answer can list several companies. We record each competitor you listed, and whether you are among them.
  • A mention does not always come with a citation. Some answers name a company and stop. Some also cite its site. We count mentions and citations separately.
  • Whether the answer came back at all. A failed answer is shown as failed, never as “not mentioned”.

Pages answers may send buyers to

A page that does not state a fact the buyer asked for.

  • The services page
  • The locations page
  • The pricing page
  • The quote request form

A missing mention alone never establishes the cause. The improvement workflow in the Improvement plan sets the answer beside your confirmed facts and the live page.

Available now AI visibility check: up to 10 questions × 4 engines × 2 repeats = up to 80 planned answers by default. You start it yourself once your questions are confirmed; collection usually takes a few minutes.

How we measure → Glossary →

Buyers here still call us. Does an AI answer matter?

If buyers use AI before they call, the shortlist they bring can be shaped by an answer. The check shows what those answers say; it does not count how many buyers asked.

Our rates change. Will the answers be out of date?

Possibly. Questions that name you show how answers describe your terms, and a difference from the facts you confirm is flagged for your review.

We serve one region only. Does that work?

Each check records its market. If a market is not supported for a measurement, it is reported as unsupported, never silently swapped for another.
