Done-for-you work · Release and handoff
QA and handoff
We check the released version matches the approved one, test it and hand over the evidence.
Human service · quoted Part of FwdLink’s done-for-you improvement work, done by a person and quoted separately. The software product is described under AI visibility and Improvements.
Completion means the published version matches the approved version and the agreed tests pass: desktop and mobile, links, a real test submission received at your destination, and the analytics event firing.
You receive the final URLs, a change log, the QA evidence and recovery information.
On the agreed date after release we observe the same questions again and report what we see. Business effects are reported as not assessed unless there is enough data to say more.
