Every work item in the pilot has a written brief. It names the existing page or form, the buyer questions and answers behind it, the proposed change, the approver and the dates.
The signed scope sets the limits and names the candidate pages and form. In week 1, after the baseline observations, the exact two pages and one form are confirmed in writing within those limits, before anything is drafted. Not a weekly list and not a backlog.
