We add one or two events to the analytics you already use, agreed in the scope. Events carry fixed labels, never form contents or personal details.
Real enquiries are the ones your system actually received. A click on an email link is not an enquiry, and we do not count it as one.
If you share summary figures, we show them labelled as yours. Missing data is reported as missing, not zero.
